Overview:

PNC has supported multiple CAD and CAM engineering projects for railway, automotive, ventilation, machinery, tooling, and industrial part production. Our work includes 3D part and assembly design, mold and tooling concepts, technical drawings, production planning, CAM programming support, and manufacturing know-how for real industrial applications.

Many of these projects involve sensitive client data, product geometry, production methods, and industrial know-how. For this reason, several examples cannot be shown publicly due to NDA agreements and confidentiality requirements. However, they represent an important part of PNC’s experience in supporting complex engineering and manufacturing workflows.

PNC works flexibly with different CAD and CAM systems, including SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Fusion, Autodesk HSM, hyperMILL, and Autodesk PowerMill. This allows us to support clients with CAD data preparation, CAM strategy development, machining optimization, post-processor support, toolpath creation, and production-ready manufacturing files.
